During your educational experience at Radio1 Broadcast School, you'll learn some specific areas of the radio business from area working professinals.

Scott Robert Shaw
Mr. Shaw teaches "radio news" at
Radio1 Broadcast School.
He brings decades of experience and insight on gathering, writing, and producing
a great local newscast.

Kelly Wilde
Mr. Wilde helps students "write for radio." He has worked in major
market radio and has even written many jokes for Jay Leno on The Tonight Show.
Mr. Wilde will work with you on "prep-ing for your airshift," how to use comedy
during your airshift and writing "radio style."
Rik Franke
Mr. Franke teaches the "morning drive" portion of Radio1's curriculum. Mr.
Franke will show you the many differences that exist on a morning drive airshift
and how to entertain your listeners early in the day.
Justin
Jackson
Mr. Jackson handles the "phoners" at
Radio1 Broadcast School.
Justin does a great job of talking to his listeners on the phone and getting
entertaining conversations from them to use on the air. He'll show you
some tricks to use while recording air-able phone calls.
