Joe began his broadcast career in 1984, and has worked as an afternoon air personality and program director at many radio stations in WI and MN.

Currently Joe is very involved in the radio business -- as owner and afternoon air personality at Wisconsin 106 (www.wisconsin106.com). He also regularly fills in as an air personality on KNEI 103.5 FM in Waukon, Iowa.

Throughout most of his broadcast career, he has also been a voice talent and audio producer for radio stations, TV stations, and ad agencies (www.joecasperprod.com). 

 He also owns and operates a mobile DJ company that offers music entertainment for wedding receptions, school dances and parties (www.radio1music.us).

Because of Joe’s extensive broadcast career, he brings incredible experience and knowledge to the students of Radio1 Broadcast School.  Joe knows what it takes for students to begin working at a radio station making Radio1 a perfect place to begin a broadcast career.
